Celina Council Reviews Change Order for Street Maintenance Project

Project Authorization

The Celina City Council will consider authorizing Change Order No. 1 for the 2026 Annual Street Maintenance Project.

The action involves Bid No. 2026-038 with Apple Pavement Services.

Figueroa submitted the item for council review during the September 8, 2026 regular meeting.

Work Scope

The amendment includes roadway reconstruction on S. Arizona Drive and E. Maple Street.

Additional spot repairs will be performed on N. Florida Drive, S. Kentucky Drive, Quail Hollow, Harvest Glen, Heritage Trail, and Pheasant Run.

Sidewalk improvements are also included along W. Walnut Street.

Financial Terms

The total authorized amount for Change Order No. 1 is $584,668.00.

This funding covers all roadway reconstruction, spot repairs, and sidewalk improvements under the amended contract.
