Henry To’oTo’o is expected to miss time for the Houston Texans after a shoulder injury during the team’s 36-31 Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Coach DeMeco Ryans provided the update on Sept. 14.

To’oTo’o exited in the fourth quarter while the result was still undecided and did not return. He finished with two tackles. The linebacker recorded 95 total tackles during the 2025 season after surpassing 100 tackles in 2024.

The injury adds to the Texans’ concerns at linebacker. Troy Chapman of Over The Cap wrote on X that the development was not unexpected after seeing To’oTo’o wearing a sling. Garret Williams, who posts as Houston Stressans, identified Wade Woodaz and Jake Hansen as possible options, though Hansen also was injured during the game.

No additional details about To’oTo’o’s injury were provided. The report is based on information from heavy.com.
