The Celina project will occupy approximately 137,000 square feet at the intersection of South Preston Road and Ownsby Parkway. The site will feature a garden center, and construction is anticipated to finish by late June 2026. This development places the retailer near other planned big-box stores in the corridor.
The second facility will be built at 9334 East R.L. Thornton Freeway in East Dallas. That 135,000-square-foot location is expected to complete construction by September 2026.
