Academy has installed orange facade panels and started hiring, also targeting a third-quarter opening. Meanwhile, EoS Fitness remains in the early grading phase, with a second-quarter 2027 goal.
Several smaller businesses are preparing for imminent openings. Willow Nail Lounge opens May 23 at 3505 S. Preston Rd. Panda Express targets May 29 at 3530 S. Preston Rd., with landscaping nearing completion.
D-BAT Celina is installing equipment and hiring instructors, with a late May opening expected. Bojangles at 3615 S. Preston Rd. has operational interiors and drive-thrus, though an exact date remains unconfirmed. TBT Gym and We Rock the Spectrum aim for early-to-mid June openings at separate locations.
