Rockfish Seafood & Grill plans to open a new restaurant in Frisco this November. The establishment will introduce the company's updated brand identity alongside new menu items. The location is situated at 9179 Dallas Parkway, Suite 170. This site is near Toyota Stadium, The Star, which serves as the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, and downtown Frisco. Frisco is about 12 miles south of Celina.
The restaurant will operate from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Hours will extend to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The updated menu will include fresh fish and established favorites. Items such as Ahi Tuna Nachos, Volcano Shrimp, Shrimp and Grits, and the Redfish St. Charles will remain available. The menu will also feature Ribeye steak and BBQ Ribs.
Tommy Lee, the chief executive officer and president of Rockfish, stated that the Lewisville location received a strong positive response from customers. He said the company is prepared to present its refreshed brand to a broader audience. Lee described Frisco as having a flourishing market and a community focused on family life. He noted that these factors create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for the new business.
Lee expressed that the company looks forward to serving fresh seafood and grilled dishes to the Frisco community. Additional details about the opening are available on Rockfish Seafood & Grill’s Frisco Facebook page.
