Celina, Texas — Gas prices in the Dallas area averaged $3.3390 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 14, 2026, according to AAA, down from $3.3660 yesterday. That is up from $3.1950 a week ago but higher than $3.3340 a month ago.

The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.4100, while the national average is $3.8590. Drivers in the Dallas area are paying below the state average and below the national average.

The Dallas average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8370. Regular prices are about 0 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.9020, drivers are paying about 44 cents more per gallon.

Diesel in the Dallas area averages $4.5530 per gallon, AAA reported.
