Resolution Details

The Celina City Council will consider a resolution to determine the costs of authorized improvements within the Cambridge Crossing Public Improvement District.

Assessment Plans and Rolls

Council members will approve a preliminary service plan and assessment plan.

The approval includes proposed Assessment Rolls for Phase 5 through Phase 7.

City staff will direct the filing of these proposed Assessment Rolls with the City Secretary to make them available for public inspection.

The council will call a public hearing for July 14, 2026.
