The City of Celina Engineering Department hosts a public design meeting for the Preston Lakes Drive Improvements project. City staff and the project team will present the proposed design and preliminary plans, discuss proposed improvements and design elements, and answer questions from residents, property owners, businesses, and stakeholders. Attendees may review the plans and give comments and feedback while the design is still being developed.
