E. Elm Street, S. Texas Drive and E. Oak Street Improvements Public Design Meeting

City staff and the project team will present proposed designs and preliminary plans for improvements to E. Elm Street, S. Texas Drive and E. Oak Street. Residents, property owners, businesses and other interested people may review the plans, ask questions and give comments while the design is still being developed. The meeting is open to anyone affected by or interested in the project.
