Annual Halloween festival on Celina's Downtown Square, presented by Sinacola, 4 to 9 PM. Features trick-or-treating, a haunted manor, free kids zone, Cirque du Beware sideshow acts (two shows, 5:30–6 and 8:15–9), a pumpkin decorating contest with crowd voting, over 60 market vendors, a Blood Drive Battle of the Badges, and fair-style food. Free park-and-ride shuttles run 4–10 PM from Celina High School (3455 N Preston Rd) and Moore Middle School. The city frames Celina as the 'Halloween Capital of North Texas' for this event.
