Toll Brothers has begun site work on Creekbend, a new single-family neighborhood in Celina, the homebuilder announced Friday, Oct. 9.

The community is at 3908 Ozark Drive, and the company expects to open it for sales in early 2027. Homes are expected to start in the upper $500,000s, according to the announcement.

The homes

Toll Brothers says Creekbend will offer one- and two-story designs on 50- and 60-foot-wide lots, with three to five bedrooms, two and a half to four and a half bathrooms and up to 3,903 square feet. Buyers will pick finishes through the company's design studio. The announcement does not say how many homes are planned or how large the site is.

The neighborhood is to have a pool, a playground and open common areas.

Prosper ISD schools

Although the address is in Celina, the builder says Creekbend students will be assigned to Prosper ISD, at Thomson Elementary, Moseley Middle School and Prosper High School.

"Creekbend represents the Toll Brothers commitment to offering luxury living in some of the most desirable locations in Texas," Jay Saunders, president of the company's Dallas-Fort Worth division, said in the release.

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company traded on the New York Stock Exchange, says it builds in more than 60 markets. The company is taking names for an interest list through its Dallas website.
