Houston Texans coach DeMeco Ryans said Nico Collins and Ed Ingram could be available when Houston faces the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. Collins, a Pro Bowl wide receiver and three-time 1,000-yard receiver, has been absent as Houston has had difficulty producing outside the numbers. Dalton Schultz has been the main exception. Xavier Hutchinson led the Texans over the last two games with nine receptions totaling 120 yards. In one meeting with the Buffalo Bills, Collins made seven grabs for 75 yards and scored once.
Ingram’s absence has moved Wyatt Teller into the starting right guard role. Houston has produced 130 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown over the last two games. Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, who has missed two games with a knee injury, is still considered week-to-week.
Despite missing players on the edge, Houston’s previous game included five sacks and two forced fumbles. The contest is set for noon at Reliant Stadium.
