As the Baylor Bears prepare for the upcoming season, the offensive line faces notable changes, with only one full-time starter returning, Kaden Sieracki at right tackle. The situation has been complicated by the departure of Memphis transfer Yakiri Walker, who was anticipated to take the center position but is now serving as a coach following the denial of his injunction.

In the wake of Walker's exit, Koltin Sieracki has emerged as a top contender for the center role. Offensive line coach Austin Woods indicated that Koltin has been taking extensive reps during the summer and is ready to start against Auburn. Woods commended Sieracki's leadership and performance, noting his ability to lead and communicate effectively while playing at a high level.

Standing at 6 feet 4 inches and weighing 317 pounds, Koltin Sieracki served as Baylor's sixth lineman last season, starting three games at both right guard and center. Although he was initially set to play guard this season, he has shifted his focus to center, a position he prefers.

"I actually prefer center," Sieracki stated, highlighting his comfort and enjoyment of the physical demands of the role.

The offensive line configuration continues to evolve, with Texas transfer Nate Kibble and South Alabama transfer Asher Hale expected to play alongside Sieracki at guard. UAB transfer Logan Moore has been assigned to left tackle, while Toledo transfer Cole Rhett is being utilized in various positions, indicating he may be competing for a starting spot or could assume Sieracki's previous sixth lineman role.

Woods remarked on the steady progress of Rhett and Hale, emphasizing their improvement as they gain experience during fall camp. The final offensive line lineup is still being finalized as the team readies for its matchup against Auburn.
