North Frisco is preparing for the arrival of three new commercial establishments, expanding the local retail and service landscape. The area, located approximately 12 miles south of Celina, will see the debut of a men’s grooming salon, a specialized dental practice, and a high-end restaurant.
Paul and Caren Wolf are set to open a new Boardroom Salon for Men in the region. The couple, who have operated a location at the Plano Lakeside Market for over ten years, will manage the new site. This establishment marks the second Boardroom Salon for Men in Frisco, with the first situated off Dallas Parkway. The Wolf family has built a client base in Plano during their decade of operation.
Flourish Dental Boutique is also launching in the area. The practice focuses on holistic dentistry, a method that integrates standard dental procedures with wellness strategies such as nutritional therapy. Services offered include pediatric care, emergency treatments, teeth whitening, veneers, and traditional procedures like fillings, crowns, and dentures. The clinic provides comprehensive oral exams and cleanings alongside its specialized holistic approach.
Mastro’s Steakhouse is the most recent tenant to sign a lease in the Fields West development. The restaurant joins more than two dozen other businesses that have committed to the project. Fields West is a large-scale commercial zone with a phased opening schedule. The first phase of the development is anticipated to begin in mid-2027, with subsequent phases continuing into 2028.
Construction timelines for Fields West have been outlined by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Groundbreaking is scheduled for early 2027, with the entire project expected to be completed later that same year. The rapid construction schedule suggests a coordinated effort to meet the phased opening targets.
