Shoppers in Frisco, a community located approximately 12 miles south of Celina, are arriving at dawn to secure baked goods from a local business that frequently sells out. The operation, known as Little Bit Bakery, has gained significant attention for its rapid turnover, prompting many patrons to arrive as early as 6 a.m. to avoid leaving empty-handed.

The menu rotates on a weekly basis but consistently features items such as fresh sourdough loaves, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, and oatmeal cream pies. The demand for these products has led to long lines and early wake-up calls for regulars. Dana Eagle, a repeat customer, noted that the effort required to arrive shortly after 6 a.m. is justified by the quality of the food. She described the baked goods as phenomenal and expressed strong support for the owner, Henson.

Henson launched Little Bit Bakery after developing an interest in baking during the pandemic. She initially began by decorating custom cakes from her home. Last September, she expanded her operations by placing a bakery cart on her front porch, a move that quickly attracted a loyal customer base. The business has grown to the point where Henson has purchased larger equipment to manage the volume of orders.

On a typical Saturday, Henson bakes approximately 85 loaves of sourdough and nearly 100 English muffins, along with other assorted items. She credited her new bread oven as a critical tool that enabled her to increase production levels significantly. Without this equipment, she stated she would not be able to meet the current demand for her products.

For many in the community, the appeal of the bakery extends beyond the food itself. Customers have formed a supportive relationship with Henson, viewing her as part of their extended family. Delilah Navarette, who visited the cart for the first time recently, admitted she was unaware of how early she needed to arrive. She described the group of regulars as "aunties" who are dedicated to wishing Henson well and supporting her business endeavors.
